Last year, I started my journey down the road to build a better relationship with food, and currently I am focused on those of the gluten-free variety. I like to create simple and easy recipes, and I sometimes visit the vegan world when I feel brave. I also like to vacation in the world of whatever looks best on the menu when I go out, because a healthy relationship with food means sometimes treating yourself. Ultimately, my goal is to achieve holistic health, including nutrition, body, and mind, so don't be surprised if you see a few posts sprinkled throughout that focus on exercise or mental health instead of food.
